Please read our <strong data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"306\">Refund and Returns Policy<\/strong> carefully before booking our services.<\/p>\r\n<h2 data-start=\"349\" data-end=\"390\"><strong data-start=\"352\" data-end=\"388\">1. Booking &amp; Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<ul data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"873\">\r\n<li data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"531\">A <strong data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"429\">non-refundable advance payment<\/strong> is required to confirm your booking. This amount secures your date and covers initial preparations.<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"703\">If you need to <strong data-start=\"549\" data-end=\"563\">reschedule<\/strong>, we will accommodate your request based on availability. Rescheduling must be requested at least <strong data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"673\">72 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled shoot.<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"873\">In case of <strong data-start=\"717\" data-end=\"733\">cancellation<\/strong>, the advance payment will <strong data-start=\"760\" data-end=\"779\">not be refunded<\/strong> but can be adjusted for future bookings within <strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"839\">3 months<\/strong> from the original booking date.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"900\"><strong data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"898\">2. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<ul data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"1359\">\r\n<li data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"1145\"><strong data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"941\">No Refunds for Completed Services:<\/strong> Once a photoshoot has been conducted, no refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction with the final results. However, we offer <strong data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1102\">one round of minor revisions<\/strong> to edited photos based on your feedback.<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1359\"><strong data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1186\">Technical Issues or Studio Errors:<\/strong> In the rare event of technical failures, such as loss of data or issues on our end, we will either <strong data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1310\">reschedule the shoot<\/strong> or provide a partial refund at our discretion.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 data-start=\"1361\" data-end=\"1416\"><strong data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1414\">3. Returns &amp; Replacements for Printed Products<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<ul data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1822\">\r\n<li data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1590\"><strong data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1447\">Printed Albums &amp; Frames:<\/strong> If you receive a <strong data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1489\">damaged or defective<\/strong> printed album, frame, or any physical product, you must notify us within <strong data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1575\">48 hours<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"1591\" data-end=\"1679\">We will replace the damaged product <strong data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1645\">free of cost<\/strong>, but no refunds will be issued.<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"1680\" data-end=\"1822\"><strong data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1705\">Customized products<\/strong> (such as albums with personalized text or edited images) cannot be returned or refunded once approved and printed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1858\"><strong data-start=\"1827\" data-end=\"1856\">4. Digital Product Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<ul data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"2062\">\r\n<li data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"1964\"><strong data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1886\">Raw images and videos<\/strong> are provided as per package inclusions and cannot be exchanged or returned.<\/li>\r\n<li data-start=\"1965\" data-end=\"2062\">Once edited photos\/videos are delivered, additional editing requests may incur extra charges.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 data-start=\"2064\" data-end=\"2115\"><strong data-start=\"2067\" data-end=\"2113\">5. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<ul data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2305\">\r\n<li data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2305\">If a refund is approved, it will be processed within <strong data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2193\">7-10 business days<\/strong> to the original payment method.
